Description
I love this dogwood tree at a local garden. It's set on a flowering hillside, and captures the early evening light beautifully. I love the creaminess of dogwood blossoms but I couldn't resist playing around with some colored paint effects. I like how the paint emphasizes the depth and curve of thee petals, and portrays just how abundant the blossoms are. This blossoms are now starting to darken on the tree, with a few falling off, but I welcome next spring when they return.
