Artist's Description
If you're travelling between certain Italian cities, you can take the Trenitalia Frecciarossa "Red Arrow" high-speed train. I had a chance to ride on one from Milan to Turin, and it was a comforable and amazing experience to watch the Italian countryside zoom by. I enjoy slower train travel in pictoresque cities, but this was a quiet and efficient way to travel, and the sleek red designs are distinctive.
Frecciarossa used to run on Italy's high-speed line from Turin via Milan, Bologna, Florence, Rome and Naples to Salerno. The trains have been extended to serve a number of cities including Ancona, Modena, Padua, Parma, Rimini and Venice. Frecciarossa trains also run on the line from Milan to Venice via Verona, as well as operating direct services between Turin and Lecce, This image is based on an original photo with digital "synthetic watercolor" effects applied.
About Sea Change Vibes
I use the name Sea Change Vibes for my photography and design work because I love the ever-changing mood, colors, and tides of the sea. Ocean, lakes, and ponds have a deep influence on my work but I also love people, flowers, bridges, architecture, and about anything. Imagery can express so many emotions and thoughts across borders and languages. My love of photography helps me see the world in a different light, such as waiting for that moment when a duck stretches her wing or a musician stands on one foot. I wind up paying more attention to people and nature and other aspects of the world that are easily missed in our busy society. I love capturing that perfect photo but I also enjoy digitally altered photos, such as painterly styles,...
