Artist's Description

Gas Works Park is a fascinating time capsule into an abandoned gasification plant for electric power. It now features some refurbished equipment, a playground, and some of the original machinery now adorned in flowers and graffiti, like the letters "ILD" featured here. This is an interesting example of making an abandoned site usable again, and people attend concerts, watch fireworks, and just stroll in the park today.

Ocean, lakes, and ponds have a deep influence on my work but I also love people, flowers, bridges, architecture, and about anything.
