Description
I had the opportunity to attend evensong - a beautiful evening music service - in the lovely Temple Church, laden with deep history, in the heart of London's financial district. The church is a Royal peculiar church in between Fleet Street and the River Thames. It was built by the Knights Templar as their English headquarters and consecrated in 1185 by Patriarch Heraclius of Jerusalem. If you're visiting London, it's worth viewing this interesting architecture if you can. This image is derived from an original photograph with some silvery black and white effects applied.
